Job Requirements:

• Higher diploma or above in Quantity Surveying or related experience
• Minimum 3 years solid experience in interior fitting-out works for residential, retail projects
• Responsible for tendering, cost control, budgeting, final account, contract administration, claims and variations
• Self-motivated, responsible, able to work independently, detail-minded, good communication and time management skills
• Familiar with MS Office
