Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist the project manager to manage the overall quantity surveying process and contractual terms
- Explore and identify building materials and product suppliers, prepare budget estimate
- Scrutiny of cost estimates, tenders, contracts and sub-contract documents
- Evaluation of variation works and payment applications
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Surveying or related discipline
- Member of HKIS/RICS
- 6 - 8 years’ relevant experience preferably acquired from consulting firms or property developers
- Capable of working independently under minimum supervision
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficiency in PC skills
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Quantity Surveyor
