Job Responsibilities:

• Develop creative ideas, concepts and art direction for websites and digital products
• Work closely with technical team to develop cross-platform solutions
• Develop appropriate prototypes of designs to meet testing and communication needs.
• Deliver and present relevant project deliverables as required by the projects (such as user journeys, personas, wireframes, creative concepts, style guides, hi/lo fi prototypes etc.)
• Work tightly with the project team members to understand the vision for the experience and how to use user experience principles to lift and define the overall user engagement with the product.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers and other stakeholders to create project scopes, schedules, and road maps

 Job Requirements:

• University degree or equivalent with at least 4 years solid experience in web design and graphic design
• Proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop, and Dreamweaver
• Knowledge in HTML5 and CSS3 is a plus
• Experience in Mobile Application is an advantage
• Understanding of user-centered design principles, design systems, and usability research methods
• Experience in designing for cross-platform experiences. (Mobile, Desktop, Web)
• Proven experience defining, developing, and documenting UX design and interaction requirements/specifications
• Efficient, able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
