Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist Senior Technical Officer in preparing technical reports and resolving technical issues
- Provide technical training to Technicians/Mechanics
- Submit and follow up warranty claims
- Collect /recall service campaign information
Job Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Automotive Engineering or equivalent
- At least 5 years' relevant experience with solid technical/car repair experience
- Familiar with workshop operations and government regulations
- Out-going, self-motivated personality with good communication skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
