Job Description
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in “Hotel / Hospitality Management or equivalent
Minimum 6 years related working experience gained in Hotel Reservation of Rooms operation.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, with strong interpersonal and communications, leadership, planning and implementation skills
Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Immediate available is preferable
Job Responsibilities
Controlling rooms inventory of the hotel
With the capacity of leading, training and developing the Reservation team.
Knowledge on hotel reservations practice and good concept of strong yield management in dealing with travel agents and customers
Strong problem solving skill with analytical sense
Attention to details, customers and business oriented
