This position is responsible to assist the Head of IT and IT Managers to achieve targets & support force on project base.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and prepare user requirement by evaluating and analyzing the most cost effective ways to fulfill business needs
• Serve as a liaison between users, IT Department, outside vendors and management
• Work closely with the other across different teams to gather, analyze and represent the needs for the IT project
• Translate business needs into IT functional specification
• Validate technical IT requirements and use cases
• Prepare system documentation
• Participate in coding and debugging of on-going and old projects

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in application development, design in Java/J2EE, Struts, Spring MVC and Hibernate
• Solid experience in conducting user requirement and feasibility study, business analysis, user interviews/workshops, presentations, business process re-engineering, and workflow analysis
• Good Knowledge in MS SQL
• Freight forwarding and Logistics experience is a must
• Excellent facilitation and interpersonal communication skills with fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese essential
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Analyst Programmer
• Working location: Kowloon Bay
