Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide support service on PCs, servers, networking equipment such as switch, router, firewall, etc.
- Perform daily system/network operations and maintenance activities in IP platforms
- Implement network configuration and route change
- Perform emergency duties if required
Requirements:
- Diploma holder or above in Computer, IT or related discipline
- Minimum of 1 year solid experience in IT/ Network Support;
- Possess good working knowledge in Cisco routers, switches and firewall product skills
- Possess good analytical and trouble-shooting skills in the area of technical fault isolation and rectification
- CCNA is preferred
- Must be a team player, committed to working in a quality environment
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- 7 x 24 standby support may required
Immediate availability is preferred
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Junior Network engineer.
