Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
· Provide the end-user support and Server administration tasks
· Diagnose and troubleshooting on system, software, hardware and networking issues
· Documentation on system and network infrastructure
Job Requirements:
· Diploma holder or above in Computer, IT or related discipline
· Minimum of 2 years relevant experience
· Hand-on experience in Windows Server (DHCP, DNS, File & Print, Active Directory), MS Exchange
· Knowledge on Anti-Virus solutions (SEP, OfficeScan etc)
· Basic systems and network knowledge (e.g. TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, firewalls etc)
· Holder of MCSE or MCITP is preferred.
· Must be a team player, committed to working in a quality environment
· Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Immediate availability is preferred
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Junior System engineer.
