Responsibilities:

• Ensure proper operations of production systems according to procedures and instructions
• Conduct maintenance and health checking on all computer systems, peripherals, backup devices and system monitoring facilities
• Monitor the data centre environment to ensure its good conditions according to procedure and guidelines
• Perform troubleshooting of hardware, software and network failures
• Provide helpdesk services for users related to PC and LAN applications
• 5 days work, may required to work on shift roster in non-office hours for system maintenance

Requirements:

• Diploma or a higher qualification in computer related discipline with 1 year relevant experience in data centre operations and IT-related helpdesk
• Good knowledge of common applications and PC software
• Experiences in system administration of networking, Lotus Notes and/or Windows 2003/2008 servers will be a plus
• Hardworking, conscientious and willing to learn
• Immediate availability is an advantage

          (Fresh graduate will also be considered)
