Job Description
Job Scope:
Formulate & implement the strategic marketing plans and business strategies to achieve the overall pre-set business targets.
Develop new business opportunities and drive sales revenue
Handle business development projects from negotiation to agreement sign off
Manage the relationship and expectation of clients, and work closely with customer relationship teams for business development and customer retention.
Prepare business proposals and recommend value-added solutions & services for our clients
Analyze market trends, determine current needs, compile statistical reports to corporate customers
Participates in ad hoc local, regional or global projects
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing or related disciplines
3 - 5 years sales experience preferably in business sector or HR consulting field.
Knowledgeable in Employee Well-being Programs, Learning & Development (Training) and People Management Consulting is preferred but not a must
Possess strong business acumen, strategic thinking and professional integrity
Organized, multi-tasking, detail-minded and self-motivated with ability to work independently
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
Sound proficiency in computer applications (e.g. Words, Excel and PowerPoint)
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Business Development Executive
