Job Scope:

• Formulate & implement the strategic marketing plans and business strategies to achieve the overall pre-set business targets.

• Develop new business opportunities and drive sales revenue

• Handle business development projects from negotiation to agreement sign off

• Manage the relationship and expectation of clients, and work closely with customer relationship teams for business development and customer retention.

• Prepare business proposals and recommend value-added solutions & services for our clients

• Analyze market trends, determine current needs, compile statistical reports to corporate customers

• Participates in ad hoc local, regional or global projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing or related disciplines

• 3 - 5 years sales experience preferably in business sector or HR consulting field.

• Knowledgeable in Employee Well-being Programs, Learning & Development (Training) and People Management Consulting is preferred but not a must

• Possess strong business acumen, strategic thinking and professional integrity

• Organized, multi-tasking, detail-minded and self-motivated with ability to work independently

• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin

• Sound proficiency in computer applications (e.g. Words, Excel and PowerPoint)

• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Business Development Executive
