Job Description

Job Responsibilities

To work independently with various parties such as vendors, production development team, regional design team to resolve critical issues arising from costing, merchandising, front end merchandising product development work flow and shipment delivery, etc in order to secure smooth production and timely delivery.

Proactively work with the fellow merchandising team, factories and technical team to ensure quality on products delivery.
Monitor suppliers and the production market to update market situation
Monitor manufacturing process for intimates and apparel products
Work on cost planning analysis with factories and US development team to achieve budgeted margin
Support the product development team and US design team
Work on risk assessment through production process
Head up a team of Merchandisers
Build up front end merchandising development in the team

Job Requirements

7-8 years merchandising management experience in intimates and apparel
2 years management experience
Product development knowledge from manufacturing side
Strong in product development and familiar in US market
With Victoria’s Secret experience is a plus
Well organized, accurate, good communication skill and able to work independently
Good command in English (Both spoken & written) and Mandarin
Able to function in a fast paced environment
