Responsibilities:

• Responsible for new vendors sourcing and price negotiation with vendors
• Follow up procurement contracts and orders
• Monitor and maintain a smooth flow of procurement process, inventory control and on-time delivery
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Supervisor

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in Purchasing or Merchandising discipline
• At least 2-3 years relevant working experience
• Familiar with Gift/ Premium merchandising experience 
• General gift products knowledge in technical, material and quality aspects
• Strong analytical, problem solving skills and teamwork spirit
• Good market sense and familiar with gift and souvenir development
• Familiar with branding concept, product liability copyright 
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Station in China (Dongguan) or frequent travel to China is required
