Roles & Responsibilities               

• Handle customers' inquiries in a professional manner through emails
• Maintain good customer relationship
• Assist daily office operations, data entry
• Manage and update online product information
• Support daily sales order processing
• Support any ad hoc projects and other assigned duties
• On-the-job training is provided

Requirement    

• Diploma in any subject or equivalent. (Fresh Graduate are welcomed)
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese. Foreign language is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Word and Chinese, English typing
• General Internet knowledge and Eng/Chi PC operation
• Self-motivated, detailed-minded, responsible, eager to learn and able to work under pressure
