Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound hotline enquiries and complaints of banking products (reach including financial transactions, credit card, loans, securities trading...)

• Cross sell banking products to customers

• Provide professional customer services to our client and comply with procedures and policies

• Solve customer's problems and give them an advice

• Provide regular feedback to management for sales and services improvement

Requirements:

• F.7 or above

• Minimum 2 years experience in banking industry

• Good telephone manner, communications skill and banking products knowledge

• Holding HKSI papers 1,7,8 is an advantage

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
