Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound hotline enquiries and complaints of banking products (reach including financial transactions, credit card, loans, securities trading...)
- Cross sell banking products to customers
- Provide professional customer services to our client and comply with procedures and policies
- Solve customer's problems and give them an advice
- Provide regular feedback to management for sales and services improvement
Requirements:
- F.7 or above
- Minimum 2 years experience in banking industry
- Good telephone manner, communications skill and banking products knowledge
- Holding HKSI papers 1,7,8 is an advantage
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
