Job Duties:

• Work independently in developing and expanding new markets/customers base.
• Maintaining good relationship with existing customers.
• Prepare the sales forecast and reports.
• Proficiency in formulating sales strategy to attain sales targets.
• Proven track record in achieving challenging sales target.
• Assist in various ad-hoc assignments and projects.
• Report to the Managing Director
• Responsible for leading a sales team to develop the Hong Kong and Macau market
• Developing overall marketing and business strategy
  
  

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in marketing, business or related discipline.
• Solid experience in business development, sales management and order follow up.
• At least 5 years sales experience in Audio product in which at least 3-4 years in supervisory level.
• New product development experience is preferable.
• Aggressive, initiative, energetic and result-orientated.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
