Job Description

Responsibilities:

Manage and expand the retail business in Hong Kong and Macau to ensure the short-term sales objectives are achieved
-
Take charge of P&L and maximize profitability by developing appropriate sales strategies
-
Recruit, lead and manage a front-line sales team to expedite sales and ensure service level
-
Motivate team in planning and execution of training and team building activities, etc
-
Plan, organize and participate customer oriented sales activities which may be required to work Saturdays and holidays
-
Maintain excellent relationship with existing business partners across all levels
-
Develop and prepare regular reports and provide analysis on insights for business opportunities
-
Monitor and maintain a healthy and complete order to cash cycle for the business accounts in charge
Requirement:
-
Degree in Business Studies or related discipline
-
At least 3 years sales experience, preferably in retail industry
-
Experience in front-line and retails business would be advantage
-
Strategic, strong business acumen with dynamic and aggressive personality in meeting target
-
Excellent communication, negotiation and client management skills
-
Good team player, customer oriented and excellent client relationship building skills
-
Fluent of spoken and written English and Chinese
-
Able to work at weekend for business activities and retails operation support when necessary
