Position Responsibilities:

• Prepare and handle the shipping document, submit the shipping document to the related third parties
• Data entry and maintenance
• Other projects as assigned
  
  
  

Experience:

• Form 5 or above
• Preferably 5 years of experience in direct interaction with Asian factories; Manufacturing Assessment and Shipment Management
• Strong documentation of Direct Import (DI) shipment
• Shipping knowledge in Direct Import is preferred
• Knowledge of Letter of Credit
• Experience in SAP / ERP is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must
• Good at written & spoken in English; conversational spoken in Mandarin is preferred
• This is a temporary assignment of 6-month contract (approximately)
