Responsibilities:

• Responsible for performing administrative & clerical support, such as data entry, filing, email reply, preparation of import & export documents
• Coordinate with internal colleagues to handle daily operation  
• Working shift: 4:00pm to 01:00am
• Working location: Kowloon Bay

Requirements:

• Form 5 or DSE graduates with 1- 2 years working experience in freight forwarding industry
• Knowledge of air warehouse operations
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, independent and hardworking
• Good in written and spoken Chinese/ English
• Willing to work night shift
• Immediate available is preferred
