Responsibilities:

• Operations
  • Ensuring customers are served in the manner of highest quality of operation services.
  • Controlling and monitoring Hub shipment prospect
  • Good coordination with carriers: maintaining good contacts, confirming shipment details/information, placing carrier bookings and obtaining transport set, etc
  • Being familiar and coordinating to handle shipping documentation (House Seaway bill/House Bill of Lading); and license submission to carrier
  • Preparing financial documents (invoices, credit note) or inputting ICB to overseas offices
  • Analyzing lifting data and submitting weekly cargo lifting report
  • Filing hardcopy of every shipment for future reference
  • ICB and AR Control, ensuring no forced settlement and outstanding payments
• Teamwork
• Working interactively with overseas offices in sending loading plan for upcoming shipments, delivering HUB volume, providing proper and timely service
• Taking initiatives to improve procedures and teamwork within the DAMCO department
• Supporting the sales team and ensuring customers are given complete support and information to meet their needs
• Ensuring customer SOPs and internal IOPs are always followed
• General
• Understanding and executing the concept “Everybody is a sales person”
• Ensuring one’s performance is meeting the company’s standard of customer service and operational quality excellence
• Attending and completing the company assigned trainings and examinations (if any).
• Monitoring the performance of PNP and reviewing with PNP for process improvemen
• Ensuring telex / outlook messages to be answered according to company standar
• Team role – ensuring you work as per the above and follow the same vision, company culture and professionalism associated with APMM.
• Making sure all the processes are following the legal rules and always protect APMM interests

Requirements:

• Degree Holder in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business or related discipline
• Solid experience in Ocean operation
• Experience in coordinating with service suppliers
• Proficiency in MS Office including Word and Excel
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, independent and proactive
• Good in written and spoken English, Mandarin & Chinese
• Immediate available is preferred
