Responsibilities:

• Handle front desk duties including answering and directing incoming calls
• Ensure the appearance of the reception area and meeting rooms are clean and tidy
• Distribute incoming mail and arrange outgoing courier
• Welcome clients and visitors in professional manner

Requirements:

• F.7 above or Diploma graduated
• Minimum 2 years relevant working experience as an reception supporting role
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, attention to details, mature & good communication skills 
• Proficient in computer application including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
• Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Good telephone manners and interpersonal skills
