Job Description

 



RESPONSIBILITIES


- To provide quality customer service on international fund transfer and Payment products (TPS/RCS) to corporate customers (large and middle market), Overseas Representative offices,  foreign correspondent banks and relationship managers.

- Implements new operating/control policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirement.

- Supports training and development of department's staff.

- Prepare monthly reports and ad hoc projects


 

REQUIREMENTS

- Diploma holder with 3 years’ releant remittance experience in banking operations, with relevent experience in handling of Payment Investigation, including tracing; amendment and compensation

- Good knowledge in trade banking operations, bank to bank reimbursement, international documentary/check collections and international funds transfer

- Preferably with knowledge on Swift, Telex

- Fluent in both spoken and written English and preferably with knowledge in Mandarin

- Proven customer service skills

- Strong communication and supervisory skills


- Able to work on Flexible working hours and  HK public holidays
