• Responsible for managing and administering all operational aspects of Operations Department which includes Telecommunication & Branch Support Sections
• Perform all centralization works of Operations Department and ensure smooth operations
• Familiar with interbank clearing services
• Handle correspondence from various Government Departments (e.g. HK Police, Official Receiver, etc.), solicitors and accounting firms in matters related to customers
• Handle enquiry from branches and related units on overall operational matters
• Degree holder in Banking & Finance or related disciplines
• Possess 10 years relevant experience with minimum 5 years at managerial level
• Excellent interpersonal, management and presentation skill
