To be responsible for the building maintenance and works of the Association’s premises and facilities.  Major duties include planning for the maintenance and improvement of the premises; and conducting site inspection, monitoring and supervision of the works to ensure the quality of materials and workmanship.  A Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Services Engineering, Building Studies, or other closely related studies, from a Hong Kong polytechnic university/polytechnic or the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education/technical college/technical institute, or equivalent; plus at least 3 years' post-qualification experience. Self-motivated and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
