We’re looking for a Reservations Assistant to take responsibility for delivering excellent customer service for telephone and online enquiries through to making guest bookings at our properties.  You will ensure that you provide efficient, prompt, trouble free and courteous service to our guests. This will involve, answering any queries they have on the hotel, processing telephone and online bookings and ensuring that all information provided by our guests have been passed to the Front of House team

Of course relevant experience would be a big plus but more importantly we’re looking for someone who has a passion for guests and a drive for sales and upselling.  Just as importantly, we are looking for a “go-getter” with bags of energy and people skills that can thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment!
