In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible to provide on-site technical support to internal clients in Hong Kong and remote support within the Asia Pacific region. He/ She needs to assist with installation, implementation and maintenance of internal computer systems, including server based applications and infrastructure for all users in the Dow Jones offices.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Computer / Electronics Engineering or Computer Science;
• Around 2 years of working experience in related field;
• Comprehensive working knowledge of Windows  XP Pro, Windows 7, Windows Server 2K3, 2K8;
• Experience in desktop and laptop computer hardware maintenance, mobile device deployment and management;
• Must be experience in implementing and maintaining network hardware;
• Knowledge of LAN /WAN technologies and Internet Technologies;
• Experience with Anti-Virus & Malware applications, and RDP or equivalent tools to support users in remote locations;
• Microsoft and /or CCNA equivalent certification preferred;
• Highly motivated team player and self-starter with strong verbal/written communication skills in English;
• Candidate may need to work on shifts, weekends or public holidays. Candidate may also need to be travel when necessary.
