Responsibilities:

• Conduct various field coaching to formulate Individual Development Plan
• Assist in designing and implementing the Operations Leadership Succession Planning Program
• Assist Manager to develop and deliver training solutions and to build the operation leadership team for the company
• Develop comprehensive training or coaching with the support of reports and analysis
• Work closely with operations management and colleagues to assess, develop, and implement customized learning solutions
• Assess the effectiveness of the learning and development programs to continuously increase its value

Requirements:

• University graduate in Human Resources Management, Training, Organizational / Industrial Psychology or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in training and developing leadership in retail or hospitality industry
• Experience in training/coaching design and delivery is a must
• Able to communicate with other people at all levels of the organization and cope with a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communications and presentation skills.
• Results oriented, good analytical and project management skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin)
