Responsibilities:

• Handle invoice, accounts receivables maintenance and debt collections, and ensure timely completion of month-end closing
• Prepare and issue monthly statements of accounts to clients, as well as perform reconciliations of receipts
• Coordinate and follow up with counterparts for inquiry raised by customers during the debt collection procedure
• Coordinate with different departments in billing relating inquiries
• Other ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above with LCC higher Certificate
• Minimum 2 years accounting working experience in servicing industry, with security of property management experience will be an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office, advanced skills in Excel is an advantage
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Knowledge of ERP would be advantage
• Hard working, responsible, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
• Willing and capable of doing "hands on" work
