Requirements and Job Duties

• Minimum 1 year relevant experience. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, MsExcel, MsWord and MsPowerPoint.  
• Good command of written and spoken English.   Mandarin is an advantage
• Ability to work independently, willing to work overtime and under pressure to meet deadlines
• Pleasant, smart, proactive, meticulous, a good team player, responsible, self-motivated
• Good problem solving and interpersonal skills
• Job duties include project and office administration and coordination, receptioning, bookkeeping, inventory, daily typing and filing, etc.
• Good typing skills - minimum English typing speed 50wpm, Chinese 30wpm
