PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• A member of the HR Service Center.
• Conducts orientation/on-boarding for associates.
• Prepares monthly payroll and ensure its accuracy and timeliness.
• Handles MPF and tax filing, annual tax return for HK
• Supports medical and benefits administration.
• Supports associate relocation e.g. work visa application, search and lease of company paid housing.
• Coordinates with HR suppliers/vendors on their service delivery.
• Maintains accurate and up-to-date HR data in the HR Information System.
• Answers employee enquiries in relation to HR policies and procedures. 
• Prepares HR reports and analysis on a regular basis.
• Handles filing and all correspondences
• Supports the delivery of HR initiatives as assigned by the HR Business Partners.
• Assists HR Functional Leaders on HR projects and policies implementation.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS (e.g. Qualification, Job Experience):

• Diploma or University graduate with an HR or organizational behavior discipline preferred but not mandatory
• At least 2 - 3 years’ of experience in the HR field
• Attentive to details and good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in MS office applications
• Good command of Chinese and English
