Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible to handle general HR jobs such as payroll calculation, MPF, employer’s return, staffs data records, recruitments, company events & etc
- Liaise with internal and external parties for daily HR operation & administration.
- Checking and processing payments for staff claims
- Responsible for general office administrative work including handling phone calls, incoming/outgoing mail, couriers, faxes, greeting/serving clients.
- Monitor and follow up regular replenishment of office supplies and office maintenance services
- Manage and source suppliers in all office administration supports, including office utilities, property management, printing service and courier service etc.
- Handle and keep tracking on office stuffs such as fixed assets, stationery & etc
- General office work such as filing, scanning, photocopying etc.
- Supervise office assistant and assist in coordinating her daily schedule.
- Assist to review and formulate administrative policy and procedure
- Assist in other ad hoc assignments
Job Requirements:
- Form 5 or above
- At least 4 years relevant working experience in HR & Office Administration areas
- Knowledgeable in HK Employment Ordinance & relevant regulations would be an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office especially on Excel, Word and Chinese typing
- Good command in both spoken and written English & Chinese (including Putonghua)
- Matured, well organized, attentive to details and accuracy, able to work under pressure and independently
- Self-motivated, strong sense of responsibilities and willing to learn
- Cheerful personality with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Immediate available
