Responsibilities:

• Reports to Assistant Manager, Human Resources
• Handling all telephone calls and general enquiries;
• Receiving and greeting visitors or guests;
• Handling all incoming/outgoing fax & mails and courier orders;
• Provide office administrative support such as leave record, cleaning services, pantry items & stationery purchasing and etc.
• Work with other administrative staff to ensure smooth office operation

Requirements: 

• Matriculation or above;
• Min. 2 years relevant experience;
• Good telephone manner and presentable;
• Good command in spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua;
• Computer literate including MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing;
• IMMEDIATELY available is preferable;
