Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Reports to Assistant Manager, Human Resources
- Handling all telephone calls and general enquiries;
- Receiving and greeting visitors or guests;
- Handling all incoming/outgoing fax & mails and courier orders;
- Provide office administrative support such as leave record, cleaning services, pantry items & stationery purchasing and etc.
- Work with other administrative staff to ensure smooth office operation
Requirements:
- Matriculation or above;
- Min. 2 years relevant experience;
- Good telephone manner and presentable;
- Good command in spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua;
- Computer literate including MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing;
- IMMEDIATELY available is preferable;
