Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall payroll, benefits administration and HRIS
• Formulate and implement compensation and benefits policies, retention strategy to align with Corporate guidelines and business agenda
• Engage in structure review and manpower planning for HK and oversea offices
• Conduct C&B analysis and produce meaningful reports for management review
• Review and benchmark overall benefits and remuneration to ensure its competiveness
• Design and implement incentive plans to drive performance
• Lead C&B projects such as budgeting, grading structure, job evaluation

Requirements

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• At least 10 years’ experience in Human Resource Management, with at least 5 years focusing on C&B, with PRC exposure is an advantage
• Strong numerical sense and analytical capability
• Strong sense of responsibility with excellent communication skill, able to partner with functional heads
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
