Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for overall payroll, benefits administration and HRIS
- Formulate and implement compensation and benefits policies, retention strategy to align with Corporate guidelines and business agenda
- Engage in structure review and manpower planning for HK and oversea offices
- Conduct C&B analysis and produce meaningful reports for management review
- Review and benchmark overall benefits and remuneration to ensure its competiveness
- Design and implement incentive plans to drive performance
- Lead C&B projects such as budgeting, grading structure, job evaluation
Requirements
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- At least 10 years’ experience in Human Resource Management, with at least 5 years focusing on C&B, with PRC exposure is an advantage
- Strong numerical sense and analytical capability
- Strong sense of responsibility with excellent communication skill, able to partner with functional heads
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
