Job Description

Job Requirements:

  • Degree / Tertiary education / Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year experience in office administrative or logistics
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Immediate availability preferred
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • PC proficiency in Word & Excel

Job Responsibilities:

  • General office administrative duties
  • Reception duties including handling incoming calls and greeting guests
  • Order processing, liaise with vendors and follow up the delivery
  • Handle Import/Export license and arrangements
  • Inventory control and monitoring
  • Other ad hoc administration support as required
  • Experience in logistics companies / trading companies is an advantage
  • Some human resources duties like recruitment, arrange interview
