Responsibilities:

• Support the administrative matters of the Human Resources Department
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and training coordination matters
• Assist with medical claims, tax returns, and MPF matters
• Preparing human resources reports and statistics

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources or Business Administration
• 2 to 3 years' HR experience in an office administration role
• Experience working in the retail, food and beverage, hotel industries an asset
• Knowledge of the HK Employment Ordinance
• Interest in developing a career in the Human Resources function
• Strong in MS Office (Powerpoint, Excel, and Word)
• Knowledge of Chinese word processing (input method)
• Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese language skills
• Detailed-oriented with a strong attention to details
• Proactive with a results-oriented approach
