Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide clerical support to Human Resources Department, such as data entry and filing
- Mainly focus on scanning staff personnel record
- Assist in recruitment events such as Job Fairs, Career Exhibition etc.
- Ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above
- Good computer knowledge including MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word processing
- Willing to learn, well-organized and detail-minded
- Immediately available is preferred
