Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the superior and Manager to run the daily operation of the marine claims team
• Settle and handle all marine cargo claims effectively and efficiently according to company’s claims policy
• Provide excellent service to customers
• Support Japan Headquarter and other overseas branches/subsidiaries in providing excellent claims services

Requirements:

• Degree holder with related discipline
• Experience in handling marine claims will be an advantage
• Minimum of 3-year general insurance claims handling, or well experienced in handling logistics/shipping documents will be considered.
• Excellent customer services manner and communication skills
• Customer-oriented, pleasant and willing to learn
• Good command of written & spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Hands on PC knowledge & skills with Chinese word processing
