General Purpose

Support the trading team in carrying out back-office and middle-office tasks.

Responsibilities/Duties

1. Operate portfolio management system for production of valuation and risk reports
2. Reconcile trades, positions, corporate actions and cash movements
3. Support fund accounting and related administrative tasks
4. Maintain filing system and keep records
5. Assist in clerical works and ad-hoc duties as required

Key Requirements:

• 2 year working experience, preferably in finance or asset management
• Degree holder preferred, especially in accounting, finance or related discipline
• Basic accounting and book-keeping knowledge
• Proficient in MS Office
• Mature and detail-oriented
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Required to work based on Japanese calendar
