Be Inspector in our Quality Assurance Team to deploy Corporate Quality Standard in daily Distribution Centre Shipment Handling Operation, review / analysis the Quality Discrepancy, execute Quality Audit, support BU Planning Team to make decision for Disposition Arrangement

Responsibilities:

QA Inspection & Sorting Support

• Responsible for Daily QA Inspection & Sorting Support for In-bound Shipment Damage / Discrepancy and In-house Damage & Shortage
• Be Contact Window to line up BU Planning / BU Quality Engineering Team and Distribution Centre Operator, which translate Corporate Quality Standards and Guidelines to ensure Defect Free for Out-bound Shipment
• Carry out QA Audits according to Corporate BU Quality Engineering Quality Alert (as Quality Service)
• Review, analyzes and reports on Quality Discrepancies according to Quality Control Statistics and Six Sigma Principle Deployment
• Investigate problem, carry out Quality Audit and define Corrective Actions for recurring quality Discrepancies.
• Interface with BU Planning Team / BU Quality Engineering/ Manufacturing Source for Potential Quality Improvement (e.g. Packaging Method)
  

Functional Support in Quality Management

• Drive BU Planning Team to speed up Disposition Decision (which eliminate Block Stock)
• Plan, Analysis, Implement Productivity Improvement through LEAN Kaizen Event)
• Support BU Planning Team to Shipment Discrepancy Report Investigation
• Review Surveyor Report for In-bound Freight Damage
• Deploy Underwriters Laboratories (UL) Audit
• Monitor Service Complaint
• Raise Source Complaint for Quality Issue
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above with Quality Engineering Training
• Experience in Warehouse of Electronic Components is highly preferred
• Highly analytical, detail-oriented and reliable with exposure to the fields of quality or operations auditing
• Good command of spoken English & Mandarin
• Proactive, independent, mature, self-motivated, detail oriented and good team player
