Main Job description:

• Participate in the development and implementation of long term plans, objectives, policies, standards and strategic planning
• Manage Sales & Marketing team to increase market share and achieve all strategic and operational objectives and targets
• Stimulating the growth in revenue, profits margin and brand positioning targets
• Identify opportunities to improve the operations and create standardized business processes that result in increase of performance and customer service
• Responsible for handling all technical aspects of new projects / enquiries for new product developments / OEM projects
• Provide proactive solutions and technical advice to customers. Need to maintain close communication and relationship with customer engineering and give customer confidence
• Coordination with suppliers during new product development.
  
  
  

We look for:

• Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• At least 5 years of sales and marketing experience in the electronics components industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin
• Project management skills/ability to work in an organized manner
• Excellent people and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate teams and work well with people at all levels in the organization
• Strong entrepreneurship, leadership, people management skill, self-motivated, result-oriented as well as cultural issues awareness
