Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement market strategies;
• Develop new products in new markets;
• Manage advertising and promotions budgeting plan effectively;
• Develop new sales channel and exercise effective channel strategy including devising and implementing an internet sales strategy;
• Ensure full compliance of the relevant industry regulations and policies;
• Develop effective supply chain management strategy;
• Develop and manage Health Supplement supplier bases.

Requirements

• A relevant academic or professional qualification;
• Minimum of 5 years experience at senior management level, preferably in health supplement, healthcare, pharmaceutical or FMCG industry;
• Experience in new market development is preferred;
• Knowledge of internet marketing from a hands on perspective;
• Able to work under pressure;
• Excellence in English and Chinese (Mandarin), both written and spoken is essential;
• Strong leadership qualities;
• Well-organized, detail oriented, resulted-oriented & excellent interpersonal skills.
