Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for order follow-up, delivery arrangement and shipping documents
• Handle customer's enquiry, issue quotation
• Prepare forcast and manage delivery schedule for customers
• Handle declaration
• Business trip to China, Japan and Asia countries

Requirements

•F7 or above
•At least 2 years order processing experience in electronics industry preferred
•JLPT N2 or above, fluent in spoken Japanese preferred
•Good command of English and Mandarin
•Good communication and interpersonal skill
•Strong organizational ability, pro-active and independent
