Responsibilities:

• Formulate annual sales budget and P&L
• Manage and execute the retail sales plan and business strategies for retail outlets
• Opening of new shops and leasing negotiation
• Conduct customer service training to upgrade existing service level
• Set work standards to frontline staff and formulate relevant procedures and practices
• Ensure high quality of store presentation and service standard
• Collaborate with VM team to implement corporate merchandising programs
• Work closely with buying team for inventory management

Requirements:

• Degree holder in any discipline
• 8 years’ management experience in retail business
• With solid experience in fashion/ watch brand is highly preferable
• Result-oriented, proactive and energetic
• Good communication, leadership skills with positive attitude
• Analytical, strategic thinker with good problem solving skills
