Job Description

Responsibilities:


Human Resources

  • Responsible for full spectrum of Payroll Functions (Salary and commission Calculation, MPF/ Tax Filing and related admin)
  • Assist in implementation of new Payroll system
  • To provide clerical support to various Human Resources Functions including leave administration and assist in staff activities such as Christmas celebration, annual dinner and outing activities etc
  • Handle recruitment process including job posting, screening resumes and interview arrangement, reference check and orientation of new hire
  • Prepare employment contract and set up personnel files for new recruits
  • To input personal data to maintain Human Resources database, organization chart update etc
  • Update and maintain all current and terminated employees records and conduct exit interview for staff

 

Accounting

  • Handle A/R , A/P, petty cash, bank reconciliation, month end closing & financial statement
  • Process full set of Accounting for subsidiary company

 

Administration

  • Organize maintenance and procurement of office equipment & stationery
  • Handle general administration matters including office renovation and relocation, tenancy matters, insurance, purchasing, telecommunication, furniture & equipment, repair & maintenance, mailing and printing etc
  • Maintain and update administration information and administration reports
  • Assist in reviewing and developing the existing admin. operations
  • Administration budget and admin. expenses processing
  • Other ad hoc/special assignments or projects
  • Provide office administrative and secretarial support to office daily operations

 

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years experience in human resources, accounting and administration experience in beauty Industry in advance
  • LCC Intermediate in Accounting
  • Independent, mature, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility
  • Good command of written, spoken Chinese, English, Mandarin
  • Immediate available is preferred

 

- Salary : $16,000

 

- Working Days: 5.5 days work ( Long, Short week )
