Job Duties:

• Develop and maintain sound business relationship with internal customers and external suppliers
• Ensure timely reports and information in relation to the responsible area is given to management
• Assist supervisor in sourcing and purchasing items for retail outlets of different brands
• Excellent sourcing & procurement knowledge on luxury brands items including China Market
• Occasional travelling is required
• Other tasks assigned by superiors beyond the above job duties
  
  
  

Job Requirements:

• Certificate in Business Administration/ Supply Chain Management/ Purchasing or related discipline
• 5 years working experience in procurement field
• Good Command of both written and oral English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Familiar with MS Office Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Good commercial analysis ability, sound negotiation skills, sensitive to figures
• Proactive, able to lead a team, and achieve goals under pressure
• Strategic thinking and mindset, willing to accept challenges
• Able to work on Saturday
