Responsibilities:

• To undertaking real estate valuation in the Asia-Pacific region;
• To conduct research, analysis and prepare valuation and consultancy reports;
• Other related tasks as required.
  
  

Requirements:

• University graduates from Real estate, Estate surveying, will be advantageous;
• Relevant academic training in surveying/ property valuation;
• Experience in valuation of real estate properties in mainland China and Hong Kong will be advantageous;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Cantonese and Putonghua;
• Familiar with common MS programs, eg. Excel, Word, Powerpoint etc.
