Responsibilities:

• Assist in providing quality property management services for various kinds of properties
• Handle emergency incidents, customer inquiries and complaints
• Ensure the overall standard of maintenance, security and cleaning services are to the tenants’ entire satisfaction
• Ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• Diploma holder in Property/Housing Management or related disciplines; Degree holder is a distinct advantage;
• Preference will be given to candidates with stable track record who possess 2 years or above relevant experience in sizable property management companies;
• Knowledge of Building Management Ordinance, DMC and related ordinances;
• Able to work under pressure and independently;
• Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese & English
