Job Mission:

Assist in the maintenance of effective accounting system whereby timeliness of management reports and effective system can be met.  Maintain effective communication system with overseas offices for documents and reports.

Principal Responsibility:

• Data input of payment, bank advices and provisions
• Input data into i-Trader, Trading module
• Coordination with banks on payments and documents follow-up
• Monthly bank and inter-company reconciliation
• Assist in preparation of various reports to management
• Assist to maintain the effective payment system and accounting control, include day to day bank and cash transactions and travel expense management
• Coordination with overseas offices on reports and documents
• Other duties as assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• F.5 or related discipline, accounting qualifications preferred
• 3 years relevant working experience
• Fluent English and knowledge in Mandarin
• Working knowledge in Tally and ERP environment an advantage
