Responsibilities

• Based in HK reporting to Group President.
• In charge of Sales & Marketing Department for the Group, these include Hong Kong Head Office and all branch offices.
• Develop Marketing strategies, advertising & promotion campaign.
• Liaise with Logistics Associations and Universities for Conference and Exhibition events.
• Train and develop the Marketing team to meet and exceed Company Objectives.
• Work closely with product and geographical management to develop the needed services to support the sales of the program.
• Work closely with Sales, Consulting team and China offices to implement market attack strategies attuned to the Group’s requirements.
• Solicit market intelligence and strategic sales activities for product sales in their location and feedback to local product and geographic management.
• Occasionally business travel to China offices to understand their needs and support their events.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Group President.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Marketing / Business Management or related disciplines.
• Hands on talent acquisition and people development experience, with China exposure is an advantage.
• At least 5 years’ related working experience and PRC experience.
• With sound knowledge in IT will definitely be an advantage for this position.
• Effective leadership and management skills
• Fluent in both written and spoken of Cantonese, Putonghua and English
