Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the daily operation and management in the call center, focus on achievement of Sales targets and performance.
- Monitor, train, oversee and motive staff in the call center.
- Set up operational procedures, services standard and training guidelines.
- Deliver upon quantitative and qualitative key performance indicators, in line with business strategies and regulatory requirements.
- Develop telesales team for client acquisitions and retention.
Requirements:
- Strong sales and management background.
- Minimum 5 years’ solid experience in call-center environment; excellent leadership to a team with 35+ staff.
- Have superior communication skills.
- Attentive to details and able to work under pressure.
- Passionate, thrive on stress and fast-paced environment.
