Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily operation and management in the call center, focus on achievement of Sales targets and performance.
• Monitor, train, oversee and motive staff in the call center.
• Set up operational procedures, services standard and training guidelines.
• Deliver upon quantitative and qualitative key performance indicators, in line with business strategies and regulatory requirements.
• Develop telesales team for client acquisitions and retention.

Requirements:

• Strong sales and management background.
• Minimum 5 years’ solid experience in call-center environment; excellent leadership to a team with 35+ staff.
• Have superior communication skills.
• Attentive to details and able to work under pressure.
• Passionate, thrive on stress and fast-paced environment.
