Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiry and complaint
- Coordinate with outlet, customers and technical service section
Requirement:
- Form 5 Standard
- At least 2 years working experience in customer service
- Strong interpersonal skills, pleasant telephone manner
- Fluent spoken in English and Mandarin
- Able to work under pressure and independently
- Proficient in PC operation and MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Chinese Word Processing
