Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer enquiry and complaint
  • Coordinate with outlet, customers and technical service section


Requirement:

  • Form 5 Standard
  • At least 2 years working experience in customer service
  • Strong interpersonal skills, pleasant telephone manner
  • Fluent spoken in English and Mandarin
  • Able to work under pressure and independently
  • Proficient in PC operation and MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Chinese Word Processing
